With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Cosmetologist,Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Health & Wellness practitioner, my work is rooted in the belief that the body holds its own wisdom—and when given the right support, it knows how to restore balance. I specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and holistic Lymphatic facial therapies, working gently and intuitively to support the lymphatic system, reduce inflammation, encourage detoxification, and promote overall well-being. These modalities require a deep understanding of anatomy, subtle touch, and presence—skills refined through decades of hands-on practice and continued education. While lymphatic work and facials are my primary focus, my “toolbox” is intentionally expansive. Drawing from a wide range of modalities—including therapeutic massage, Thai-inspired movement, fascia and nervous system support, energy awareness, and integrative bodywork—I customize each session based on what your body needs most in that moment. No two sessions are ever the same. My approach client-centered, and holistic—honoring the connection between body, mind, and nervous system. Whether you are seeking relief, restoration, or deep relaxation, my intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where your body can soften, reset, and heal. This is not just bodywork—it is intentional care, guided by experience, intuition, and respect for the body’s innate intelligence.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Appointment Policy Because my schedule often has a waitlist, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. When adequate notice is given, I may be able to offer that appointment to another client who has been waiting for an opening. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made at or after your scheduled appointment time are considered missed appointments and may require prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled. If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you; however, your session may need to be shortened to respect the appointment scheduled after yours. The full scheduled service price will still apply. I understand that true emergencies, illness, severe weather, and unexpected circumstances happen, and exceptions may be made at my discretion. This policy allows me to respect your time, my time, and the clients waiting for an appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting my small business.
